Master of the production site

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the performance of variable tasks of producing high-quality finished products according to the order and according to the transfer schedule to the logistics service
• arranging employees by workplace, monitoring the work of personnel, observing labor and production discipline
• proposals for improving the work process, moving employees between production processes
• analysis of the effectiveness of technological control systems, the reasons for the production of low-quality products

Requirements:

• education in the field of food industry, work experience of more than 1 year
• systematic, logical thinking, inclination to analytics, multitasking
• observance of sanitation, hygiene, safety requirements, equipment operation instructions
• work with 1C, Excel
• experience in personnel management in production - desirable
