What needs to be done ?  

•  Ensure the quality production of culinary products, according to the assortment
• Form the order of raw materials
• Control the observance of technological processes
• Participate in the production process of products
• Ensure the necessary sanitary condition of the shop, according to HACCP standards
• Participate in team formation, adaptation and training
• Form and control the team's work schedule
• Work with the economic and commercial indicators of the department
