Forecasting and planning analyst in Regno Italiya UA

REGNO is a Ukrainian importer and distributor of high-quality alcohol and delicacies from various corners of the world. We work with all known market leaders. Our products are represented in all sales channels: On-trade (HoReCa), Off-trade.

Looking for: Forecasting Planning Analyst

Primary objective:
Ensuring accurate forecasting of sales, demand and operational needs of the company. The forecasting and planning analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing data and preparing recommendations to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:  

1.    Forecasting:    

•    Analysis of historical sales and market data to form accurate forecasts.   

•    Development of forecasting models for short- and long-term periods.  

   •    Interaction with sales, manufacturing and supply teams to align plans.  

  •    Formation of demand management strategy and optimization of resources.   

 3.    Analysis and reporting:  

  •    Preparation of analytical reports, including analysis of deviations between forecasts and actual results.  

  •    Evaluation of the impact of internal and external factors on programming, statistics, mathematics, finance or related areas.  

•    Knowledge of analytical tools: Excel (advanced level), Power BI, Tableau.  

    •    Data visualization to present results to management.    

4.    Process Improvement:    

•    Constant search for opportunities to improve forecasting and planning processes.   

 •    Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.   

•    The ability to work in conditions of multitasking.
