Wishes to candidates

• Higher education, preferably technical;
• Experience of 3 years or more, preferably in the automotive field (after-sales service, working with the dealer network);
• A confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of vehicle design, maintenance processes and dealer service work;
• Skills for conducting negotiations, effective communication and control of work processes;
• Availability of a category "B" driver's license and driving experience.

Job responsibilities

• Train and help dealers in solving problematic issues;
• Control compliance with the service process and procedures;
• Propose marketing measures to increase the coverage of official service;
• Monitor the level of customer satisfaction with after-sales service;
• Conduct systematic contacts with dealers (incl. with visits) to control and improve their performance indicators;
• Analyze sales and prepare proposals for their increase;
• Prepare internal and external reports;
• Prepare calculations for department budgeting;
• Calculate and prepare plans for the purchase of spare parts by dealers;
• Resolve conflict situations with customers, prepare answers to written requests from customers to Importer;
• Help with the launch of a new dealer, provide recommendations, requirements, adjust work processes;
• Prepare reports on the main indicators of the activity of dealerships;
• Work with dealers based on the results of a survey of car owners, eliminate work deficiencies during service (if necessary);
• Perform other tasks of the direct manager.
