So far, the interventions have been carried out in 46 different countries. By possessing long-standing expertise in the implementation of projects in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Food Security and Livelihoods, as well as Nutrition and Education, PAH concentrates its global activities on ensuring sustainable and stable development of regions suffering from the consequences of armed conflicts, natural disasters and other humanitarian crises.PAH has been present in Ukraine since August 2014 delivering humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable of the conflict-affected population. PAH provides assistance to internally displaced people, elderly and single mothers, working in the sectors of food security protection and livelihoods. PAH Ukraine is currently expanding programming from humanitarian to both early recovery and development-oriented interventions that provide sustain0able livelihoods opportunities to the affected population.For more information, please refer to www.pah.org.pl.Background:Food Security Project Manager is responsible for supporting the sector lead in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of food security-related projects in PAH’s Ukraine Mission.Objectives:Food Security Project Manager ensures that program objectives are tracked, reported, and executed in accordance with donor and PAH standards, procedures, and policies.Key tasks and responsibilities:Coordinate and lead technical assessments, participate of the food security to support evidence-based design and implementation and support the identification of trends, technical standards and donor priorities.Coordinate and support distribution of food kits with PAH and its partner team to enhance the tools and the technical process.Ensure that the projects are directed to the target population as defined in the project proposal through clear and timely sensitisation of the planned activities to the communities.Ensure reporting standards meet donor and project guidelines and work with implementing partners to develop reporting capacity.Participate in field level coordination activities with community stakeholders in areas of project implementation as directed by the Area Manager.Coordinate activities with logistics and finance teams.Support the line manager in drafting reports of any kind and contributing to proposals writing with development of work plan, budget, BoQs, list of activitiesProvide specific technical inputs and contribute to the development of technical guidance when requested byline manager.Provide regular progress reports including difficulties, lessons learned and execute the work plan as discussed with line manager.Ensure that information on reconciliation of deliveries of any inputs is transparent, up to date and complete in accordance with PAH guidelines and donor requirements.Support the development ofnew proposals through technical input, project analysis, and expertise.Work with MEAL to analyze program developments and results and implement changes where necessary.Work with a team and the partners toaddress issues identified through feedback mechanisms relevant to the program.Carrying out field visits to the project locations to assess partner and project performance, analyze performance, and help identify and develop corrective actions.Establish and maintain collaborative relations with relevant donors, local authorities, partners, project stakeholders and other organizations working in the project areas.Support line managerwith donors, international NGO and other actors participating at coordination meetings.Organizational Structure:Food Security Project Manager reports to the FSL & MPCA Coordinator.What PAH offers:Work experience with the professional and flexible international NGO, which is one of the largest NGOs in the Central-Eastern Europe;Work in a dynamic and motivated team;Possibility to contribute to the development of protection programming of PAH;Please, submit the above mentioned documents to indicating "Food Security Project Manager" in the topic of your e-mail.Only short-listed candidates will be contacted and invited for interviews.Please note: due to the urgency to fill the post, recruitment will be done on the rolling basis, and PAH reserves the right to recruit before the deadline.
