Flutter Developer (Middle - Senior), Equity Partnership in TICT

Job Description:We are an innovative startup in the travel industry and are looking for a talented and passionate Flutter developer to join our team as a partner. We offer a share of up to 5-6%, depending on skills, hours per week, or deadlines. Currently, our project is ~40% complete on the backend and ~60% complete on the frontend, with plans to complete within the next 1-2 months before raising additional investment.Main responsibilities:Development and support of a mobile application on the Flutter platform.Optimising the application performance and ensuring high quality of the user interface.Implementation of new functionalities and bug fixes.Maintaining the code and optimising it in accordance with the principles of clean architecture.Work closely with other team members, including designers and backend developers.Implementation and use of mobile application development best practices.Supporting continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).Signing applications with Apple/Google.Manage a junior developer, checking their code, answering questions and training them.Allocate at least 20 hours per week to the project, focusing on weekdays rather than weekends.
