(Fluent Ukrainian) NLP Engineer (NLP, LLM, Pytorch) in Outstaff Your Team

Our spin-off product and team is looking for an inquisitive NLP Engineer who enjoys building cool products 🇺🇦 and solving complex problems, and tinkering with future features.

Product: created to automate support (text communication) for popular CRM systems using ML.

Team : our team already has an experienced STO with a background in Data Science and Machine Learning, Front-End, Back-end developers.

What we will do:

• Improve and support current support automation solutions;
• Develop new features after a complete acquaintance with the architecture;
• Discuss the project strategy, brainstorm with the team.

Requirements

Important and necessary: ​​

• 2.5+ years commercial experience of Machine learning (in particular, NLP);
• Experience working with transformer models (usage, re-training, fine tuning);
• Experience with Docker and Docker-compose for efficient containerization and deployment strategies;
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks: Pytorch, Tensorflow;
• Significant programming experience in Python, OOP, Rest API (Flask, Celery), Docker;
• Good knowledge of NLP tools and libraries NLTK, Spacy, scikit-learn, GenSim, etc.;
• Experience working with Seq2Seq models;
• Deep understanding of the theoretical concepts of Language modeling, Named Entity Recognition, text classification, clustering, topic modeling, embedding, ML metrics.
