(Fluent Ukrainian) Leading Specialist (Procurement Department) in Outstaff Your Team

We are looking for a Leading procurement management specialist for our partner - a leading bank of Ukraine. If you have analytical skills, a desire to develop and implement effective solutions, and procurement experience, this job is for you!

< strong style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 600">Your main responsibilities:

< li>Support of procurement operations: maintaining databases, distribution of bids, competitive selection of suppliers, analytics and reporting.
• Development and implementation of procurement process optimization technologies.
• Participation in improvement projects and modernization of procurement functions.
• Building new processes and developing regulatory documentation.
• Supporting the supplier base and risk assessment methodologies.
• Conducting a 360 supplier assessment and identifying risks.
• Administration of e-procurement systems and modernization of functions in accordance with new regulations.
• Advising divisions on procurement procedures and supporting strategic tender decisions.
• Official communication and change management in procurement processes.

What you need to succeed:

• Higher education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP for Banking.
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate), knowledge of French will be an advantage.
• Experience in writing procurement procedures and their optimization.
