First line IT support Specialist / Specialist of the first line of IT support in Rost Group

Our partner is an international insurance company, the leader of the life insurance market in Ukraine in search of an operator First line IT support Specialist.

         Responsibilities:

• Tracking the status of devices, installing fixes and monitoring the status

• SLA management: solving support requests within the defined service level agreements (SLA) and escalating complex issues to teams L2/L3 as needed

• Hardware support: installing, configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals

• Patch management: deploying security patches and software updates to the network

• Managing and maintaining records of physical assets and inventory

         Requirements:

• Higher degree in IT technology
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in IT support
• User-level English proficiency
• Strong analytical skills for effective troubleshooting
• Understanding VPN clients and two-factor authentication
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Experience working with the CITRIX client (not necessary but will be a significant advantage)

• Official employment from the first day
• Salary 42-61,000 UAH net+ annual bonus,annual salary review
• Working schedule hybrid - 3 offices/2 remotely from Mon-Fri from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., the office is located at the address of st. Zhilyanska 110, BC Karat
