Now we are looking for Customer Support specialists for one of our successful businesses - Liven .
Liven is a company that creates products for forming healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve these pains.
We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we found unit-economy , profitability and we are actively growing, expanding the team from 3 to 46 people. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be expected to:
- Help in solving the requests of our users;
– Communication with users: written – through tickets and verbally – calls;
— Communication with English-speaking users from all over the world;
— Work on product improvement (escalation of problems to relevant departments).
What is important to us:
— Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), spoken and written;
— Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) with 23:00 to 08:00;
— Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes;
— Stress resistance;
— Strong communication skills: ability to work with user objections;
— Empathy and client orientation;
— Interest in the topic of emotional and behavioral well-being;
— Readiness for long-term cooperation.

Morning shift: 07:00 - 16:00,
