First aid trainer in Grin-Landiya, Gromadska organizaciya

GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

Within implementation projects aimed at increasing public safety and awareness, we are looking for a pre-medical first aid trainer to conduct training and practical events.

Main duties and tasks:

• Conducting trainings, information sessions and practical classes on first-aid first aid;

• Informing participants with the algorithms of actions in emergency situations (bleeding, injuries, burns, loss of consciousness, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, etc.);

• Preparation and adaptation of educational materials according to target groups (adults, youth, etc.);

• Formation of a safe and supportive learning environment during events;

• Increasing participants' awareness of the importance of timely pre-medical assistance;

• Reporting on the activities carried out in accordance with the internal procedures of the Organization and the requirements of donors;

• Observance of ethical principles, protection and confidentiality policies of the Organization.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Professional education or certification in the field of pre-medical aid;

• Practical experience in providing first aid pre-medical care;

• Experience in conducting trainings, educational or group activities will be an advantage;

• Understanding the principles of safety and working with different target groups;

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level;

• Responsibility, sociability, stress resistance;

• Willingness to adhere to the Code of Conduct and the policy of the Organization.

Format of work:

• Project employment / part-time employment;

• Conducting events in support spaces (the schedule is agreed upon additionally);

• Cooperation is possible on the terms of FOP.
