Serving a diverse range of tech-savvy customers, our capabilities extend from security implementations and on-prem migration to AWS Cloud, to the provision of 24/7 NOC services.We're looking for a FinOps Analyst to join our FinOps team in Lviv and help us create leading-edge technology solutions for our customers.Responsibilities:Be a first point of contact for Automat-it customers regarding their AWS billing and consumption dataWork closely with Automat-it customers to help them understand, monitor and analyze their cloud consumption dataSuggest cost optimization opportunities in customers’ environments, implement or supervise the implementation of the recommendationsCreate and manage data alerts and budgets based on data models to identify anomalies in cloud spendCreate and deliver ad-hoc reports and dashboardsOnboard new customers to Automat-it servicesMake an impact on internal FinOps tool developmentRequirements:Customer-oriented and excellent communication skillsFluent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent organizational and task management skillsSolid working experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and task management systemsAbility to analyze various volumes of data and generate meaningful insightsAbility to translate reports into actionable recommendationsA Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finances, or operations research - advantageHave practical experience in FinOps or similar cloud-related roles - advantageIT project experience in a similar role or as a junior Project Manager - advantageUnderstand cloud services, architectures, and tools - advantageWorked with cost management tools, such as CloudHealth or Anodot - advantageAutomat-it is committed to fostering a workplace that promotes equal opportunities for all.
