The Krasota company is looking for a talented and experienced financier-economistto join our team. You will be responsible for financial analysis, planning and control, which will contribute to the adoption of strategic decisions in the company. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, excellent data skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements: 

• higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting;
• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• confident command of financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, 1C, SAP or others);

• deep understanding of financial reporting and accounting;
• analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with large volumes of data;
• excellent communication skills and ability to work in team.

Responsibilities: 

• conducting financial analysis and evaluation of the company's financial indicators;
• preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and strategic plans;
• analysis of income and expenses, search for ways of optimization expenses;
• development of economic models for evaluating investment projects;
• preparation of regular reports on the company's financial condition (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet);
• monitoring of financial markets and trends to identify opportunities and risks;
• participation in the preparation of financial reports for management and external auditors;
• cooperation with other departments to improve financial processes and achieve the company's strategic goals.
