Do you already KNOW it?

• 2 years of experience in accounting or finance;
• Experienced user of MS Office programs, 1C;
• Practical experience of working with non-residents will be an advantage ;
• Knowledge of the principles of mutual settlements with counterparties;
• English language - minimum B1;

Then here are the main DUTIES:

1. Processing invoices from suppliers:

• Registration of financial documents in the system;
• Check for compliance and accuracy for further payment.

2. Maintaining the register of suppliers in Excel:

• Duplication of data on invoices, agreements, payment dates and amounts (including VAT).

3. Planning and organization of payments:

• Control of timely payment of invoices to suppliers in accordance with the terms, prevention of arrears;
• Processing payments in the system;
• Analysis of payment from customers for air transportation to confirm compliance invoices issued.

4. Mutual settlements with counterparties:

• Active maintenance of mutual settlements with counterparties to control financial requirements and obligations;
• Regular reconciliations of air transportation invoices and resolution of financial issues.
