Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Kyiv, Ukraine | FP&A Team | Full-time (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist to join our FP&A team who will help prepare management reporting and forecasts, support financial disclosures, and collaborate with HQ FP&A on group reporting processes.

What you will do

• Participate in forecasting and monthly management reporting processes

• Support preparation of earnings releases and the annual 20-F reporting package

• Collaborate and communicate with HQ FP&A on group reporting and planning topics

• Submit financial data into ERP systems (Oracle Cloud) and contribute to system improvements

• Analyze financial data and projections to support decision-making and ensure reporting accuracy

You’re a great match if you

• Have strong financial modelling and analytical skills and are an advanced Excel user

• Understand financial reporting and have solid knowledge of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis

• Can review and analyze complex financial projections under tight deadlines

• Think critically and are comfortable validating and challenging incoming information

• Communicate confidently in a multicultural environment in English, especially in writing

• Bring a service mindset and care about supporting internal stakeholders

It will be a plus if you

• Hold a CFA or ACCA qualification or are currently pursuing one
