The Treasury team is looking for an energetic colleague with a "can-do" attitude for the role of Financial Operations Specialist who enjoys working with numbers and other teams globally. Modern office with all facilities and relaxation areas, located in the heart of the Botanica sector, Chisinau. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable using accounting software (Navision Dynamics / SAP ERP) and other programs. Elaboration of financial reports. Processing expense claims in accordance with financial standards and policies. Management of the accounting register of payers. Verification and identification of discrepancies, if any, against suppliers' accounts and their monthly statements. Keeping records of expense accounts and cost centers. Understanding of compliance processes with respect to accounts payable (W-9, sales tax, etc.). Processing of agreements, compliance and fulfillment of predetermined terms. Carrying out other responsibilities as may be assigned. Requirements: Knowledge of the English language – intermediate level (B1 – B2). Higher education in: finance, accounting, business and economics or a related field. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Good communication skills. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel/Word/ other MS Office programs. Attention to detail. Proactive and innovative attitude with a mindset for improvementire. Good time management skills.
