📌Requirements:
* higher education (legal, economic);
* lack of criminal record (information from law enforcement agencies, which makes it possible to conclude that there are no violations of the requirements of the law established by the competent authorities or the court, as well as the absence of a criminal record that has not been removed or not extinguished in accordance with the procedure established by law;
* the presence of a Certificate of completion of relevant training will be an advantage ;
* successful work experience in the field of financial monitoring from 2 years;
* practical knowledge of: the Law of Ukraine ; the Law of Ukraine , provisions of the National Bank of Ukraine on financial monitoring;
* analytical mindset, efficiency, literacy, attentiveness , responsibility, punctuality, the ability to work in a team;
* English - Intermediate

🖇Responsibilities:
* control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation in terms of identification/ verification of clients-natural persons;
* adaptation of identification/verification processes to changes in legislation;
* control of due diligence of clients, establishment of final beneficial owners, identification of politically significant persons, sanctioned persons;
* implementation analysis of the activities of clients and their financial transactions in order to identify indicators of suspicious activity, transactions that may be related to the legalization of income, fictitious activities;
* participation in training events for employees, providing consultations and practical assistance to employees on issues that arise in the process of implementing the rules and programs of financial monitoring;
* development, implementation of the company's internal documents and procedures on financial monitoring issues, control over updating;
* responses to financial monitoring requests of financial companies and banks regarding the activities of the SPFM ;
* Communication with state authorities regarding issues of financial monitoring.
