Financial manager (non-residents) in Sherp

SHERP, a manufacturer of unique all-terrain vehicles, in connection with the expansion, opens a competition for the vacancy "Financial Manager".

Requirements:

• Higher economic education.< /li>
• Experience of 3 years or more in a similar position.
• Experience of working in an auditing company will be an advantage.
• Experience of participation in international projects.
• Project management.
• Experience of financial and analytical reporting.
• Experience of cooperation with banks (non-residents).
• Analytical thinking, ability to analyze and work with large amounts of information .
• A confident PC user, MS Office (World, Excel).
• Knowledge of one or more BAS ERP/1C configurations.
• English - from C1. 
   

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of management reporting Pl, CF, BL (non-residents ). 
2. Preparation of internal reports for investors and management (weekly and monthly).
3. Cooperation with banks:

• Communication with bank representatives.
• Submission of information at the request of banks (constitutional documents, financial statements and their transcripts).
• Passing inspections.
• Issuance of letters of credit. >Preparation of documents for signing contracts.

4. Conducting negotiations with foreign counterparties.
5. Participation in foreign business development projects.
6. Project budget calculation.
7. Cooperation with lawyers.
8. Participation in the creation and modernization of the management accounting system at the enterprise.

 Working conditions:

• Full-time, five days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -00 (hybrid work format is possible).
