What to do:

• Evaluation of investment projects;
• financial and economic analysis of investment projects;
• Determination of profitability, payback and project risks indicators;
• Preparation of conclusions and recommendations for management regarding the feasibility of investment;
• Control over the implementation of investment projects;
• Monitoring and control of implementation of investment projects;
• Analysis of deviations from planned indicators and development of corrective measures;
• Coordination of work with other departments to ensure implementation of projects within the budget and deadlines;
• Identification and assessment of investment risks;
• Development and implementation of measures to minimize risks;
• Control over the implementation of risk management strategies;
• Preparation and submission of reports on the implementation of investment projects;
• Interaction with investors, financial institutions and consultants;
• Participation in negotiations with potential partners and investors.

We expect from you:

• Higher education in the field in finance, economics, business administration or related disciplines;
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating financial models, data analysis, using complex formulas and macros);
• Knowledge of financial data analysis programs such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, or other analytical tools;
• Experience with ERP systems;
• Basic knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project));
• Ability to conduct detailed analysis of financial data,assess risks and draw reasonable conclusions;
• Ability to work with financial reports, estimate the profitability of projects, conduct discounted cash flow (DCF) and risk analysis;
• Ability to effectively present information and convincingly argue their proposals in front of management and other stakeholders;
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, plan resources and meet deadlines;
• Ability to identify, evaluate and manage investment risks;
• Ability to work effectively in multi-tasking environments, pay attention to details and complete tasks on time.
