We are looking for an experienced financial manager (management accountant) to help us achieve our financial goals and ensure effective management of financial resources.

Basic responsibilities:

1. Maintenance of management accounting:
   • Maintenance and accounting of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise.
   • Audit of the 1C database to identify inconsistencies and incorrect data.
   • Development of technical tasks (TOR) for programmers, testing and the use of the resulting software products.
2. Financial planning and analysis:
   • Formation and control of applications for project financing.
   • Development of financing schedules based on the project schedule
   • Analysis of all financial indicators, planning, control and verification.
   • Calculation of the break-even point in money.
   • Sales analysis (gross profit, profitability, efficiency).
3. Cash flow management:
   • Formation of a payment calendar, work with banks and cash registers.
   • Management of banking operations, cash register, mutual settlements with by counterparties.
   • Control and analysissettlement of mutual settlements with counterparties.
   • Distribution of all operations in the management base.
4. Control and reporting:
   • Compilation of financial reports for the manager (BS, P&L, CF).
   • Control of the income and expenditure budget by divisions and in general to the enterprise.
5. Financial and economic activity:
   • Organization of economic activity of the enterprise (efficiency, production profitability, cost reduction).
   • Planning of economic indicators of working capital
   • Ensuring compliance with financial discipline and business accounting.
   • Tax planning.
   • Accounting of employees (20 people)
   • Product cost (analysis of the current system, implementation of new, more detailed reports, etc.). 
   • Analysis of sales figures based on the results of promotions, discounts, etc.
   • Budgeting. Control of compliance, analysis of periods with the manager.

6. Work experience:
   • Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years.
   • Experience in management accounting and preparation of financial statements.
7. Professional skills and knowledge:
   • In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
   • Experience with financial planning and reporting tools
   • Financial analysis and budgeting skills.
   • Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
8. Personal qualities:
   • High responsibility and attention to details.
   • Analytical mindset and ability to think systems.
   • Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with other units.
   • High level of organization and ability to multitask.
