What you need to do:

• Evaluation of investment projects
• Financial and economic analysis of investment projects.
• Determination of profitability, payback and project risks.< /li>
• Preparation of conclusions and recommendations for management regarding the feasibility of investment.
• Control over the implementation of investment projects:
• Monitoring and control of the implementation of investment projects.
• Analysis of deviations from planned indicators and development of corrective measures.
• Coordination of work with other departments to ensure implementation of projects within budget and deadlines.
• Identification and assessment of investment risks.
• li>Development and implementation of measures to minimize risks.
• Control over the implementation of risk management strategies.
• Preparation and submission of reports on the implementation of investment projects.
• Interaction with investors , financial institutions and consultants.
• Participation in negotiations with potential partners and investors.

We expect from you:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics, business administration or related disciplines.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creation of financial models, data analysis, use of complex formulas and macros )
• Knowledge of programs for analyzing financial data, such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, or other analytical tools.
• Experience with ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of software support for project management (Microsoft Project)).
• Ability to conduct a detailed analysis of financial data, assess risks and draw reasonable conclusions.
• Ability to work with financial reports, estimate the profitability of projects, conduct a discounted cash flow (DCF) and risk analysis.
• Ability to effectively present information and persuasively argue your proposals to management and other stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, plan resources and meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify, evaluate and manage investment risks.
• Ability to work effectively in multitasking environments, pay attention to details and complete tasks on time.
