Fund's Financial Streams: Planning, Monitoring and Optimization. , donors and international partners. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> Fund's Budget Coordination: Development, Analysis and Control of Funds. FONT-STYLE: NORMAL "> Accounting Working with Accounting Programs and Accounting Systems. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> Financial documentation, contracts and payment transactions. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> Organization of work of accountants and other financial employees. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> Preparing Reporting for International Donors in accordance with their standards. Higher Education in Finance, Economics or Accounting. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> Experience in a similar position-from 3 years (experience in a charitable or non-profit organization will be an advantage). Experience of working with international grants and donors is a big plus.Proficiency in accounting programs (BAS,, etc.) and a confident user of Excel.High level of responsibility, analytical thinking and attention to details.Developed communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with the team and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders span>Fluency in the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English (at the level of keeping financial documentation\electroniccorrespondence) is preferred.< span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: normal">We offer:
