We are currently opening a competition for one of the most important positions in the company "Financial Manager". We understand very well that we can only manage what we can measure, thereforefor this position we will choose only an experienced professional, a person whose words and reports we will trust, as ourselves, a person, which, together with us, will lead the company to even greater successes.

Main duties:

• Preparation of financial statements (BS, PL, CF) by the 5th of each month.
• Assistance in the implementation of consolidated management reporting and regulations for entering all data into the system by the company's divisions.
• Formation of a financial model for a planning horizon of at least half a year, with a breakdown by month.
• Compiling the company's payment calendar — creating a budget with a plan of incoming and outgoing payments by month, week, day.
• Conducting a plan-fact analysis of activity results and deviations every month.< /li>
• Audit of transactions in the 1C database, detection of inconsistencies and incorrect operations and their correction.
• Participation in the inventory process, data processing based on the results.
• Financial analysis of activities , projects (project evaluation) — calculation of planned and actual cost (economy unit).
• Active cooperation with banks, monitoring of credit programs for companies.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Analytical mindset (understanding of business indicators).
• Understanding key forms and essence of managerial financial reporting — CF, PL, BS. Three years of experience in correctly compiling and presenting data reports to management.
• Experienced user of Excel, Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, etc.); Proficiency with Power Query and Power BI would be an advantage.
• Experienced user of 1C (accounting and management accounting).
• High level of self-organization and responsibility, good communication and leadership skillsskills.
• Scrupulosity, attention to detail - even to the point of boredom. Errors in the data you submit are not forgiven!
