Why you?
- have a higher education in the field of accounting, finance or economics
- have a successful work experience of 2 years or more (preferably in distribution companies or logistics)
- have accounting and management accounting programs
- have a high level of attention to details and analytical abilities
- confident user PC
- proficient user 1 C 8.2
- proficient Excel user
What you will do:
- control and analyze expenses the company, ensuring their compliance with the budget.
- organize and make payments with suppliers, process financial documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- reconcile mutual settlements.
- interact with accounting and other departments to reconcile financial transactions.
- prepare reports and analytics on the flow of funds and expenses for management.
- participate in the improvement of the processes of calculations and financial control.
- control of goods shipped from the warehouse (correction of movements, creation of returns and new RTPs)
- totaling of balances, calculation of the amount of shortage or excess of goods, issuing of costs to responsible
- control of balances of goods shipped to the commission
- resorting, return, write-off report - analytical work.
- carrying out GTE on import (transport costs, broker services, terminal)
Working conditions:
- Comfortable office in 15 minutes. from the city of Pochayn (Syretska Street, 9)BC MAYAK
- Official employment (payments twice a month; 24 days of calendar vacation)
- Working schedule 9-18:00 (office) five-day working Sunday
