I have just joined a company as the leader of a finance function that needs to be built almost from scratch and I am looking for a finance person to join my team, with whom we will build an end-to-end financial analytics system, launch a budgeting process, ensure that managers are involved in financial planning/performance analysis and influence business decisions and net profit margin of the company.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO ME THAT YOU HAVEEXPERIENCE:

• Relevant experience as a financial analyst, financier, economist for 3 years or more.

• Analytical thinking with a mathematical bent.
• Excel at a higher level average, working with large data sets, SQL will be a plus.
• Ability to draw conclusions from data and propose solutions.
• Ability to clearly structure information and visualize it.

You will have the following key tasks:

• Data. Collect data from various sources (CRM, company databases, etc.) into a single system for further processing and analysis.
• Reporting. Create regular reporting (P&L and others) on key business indicators - in a convenient and understandable format.
• Analysis. Forecast company revenues and expenses by analyzing statistical data, company strategy and the market.
• Budgeting. Direct involvement in budgeting.
• Influence. And the main thing is not just to report, but to find meaning and propose solutions.
