Financial manager in FIORI

Fiori is a florist company with its own retail network, event design services and a training school.

We are looking for a Financial Manager who will take responsibility for the company's financial system: from accounting policy to strategic financial management.

Key tasks and area of responsibility:

Financial management and control

Implementation of management accounting and reporting;

Analysis and control of the company's cash flow;"> and expenses; 4) Formation and control of payment calendar, setting financial limits; 5) Control of receivables and payables; text-decoration: none">6) Organization and optimization of cash flows, including currency payments;

Budgeting and reporting

1) Compilation of the company's annual budget as a whole and in sections:

2) Monthly management reporting: none">

Analysis of financial results and deviations from the plan

1) Development, implementation and analysis of KPI-panels of the company;

2) Financial analysis of investment projects and new directions;

3) Analysis of the profitability of launching new products, services and divisions;

Taxes and accounting

1) Tax burden control and optimization of taxation;

2) Control of the accountant's work, verification of reporting;

3) Control of RPO and compliance with legislative requirements;

Automation and business processes

1) Compilation of technical tasks for programmers to optimize business processes and databases;

2) Participation in the implementation of financial and management IT solutions;

Contracts and document flow

1) Development, drafting and maintenance of contracts with clients (design direction);

2) Control of documentation exchange with counterparties;

3) Control of closing financial stages of projects;

Team and motivation

1) Management of the financial division of the company;

2) Development and automation of motivation systems for units;

4) Calculation of managerial salaries taking into account individual motivations;

1) Experience in the position of a financial manager / head of finance;
