Financial manager in Lexima.Tech

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced payment systems specialist to help our business ensure the efficiency of financial operations and develop partnerships with banks, PSPs and acquiring companies . This role involves both strategic planning for the integration of payment solutions and operational work to resolve payment issues.

Responsibilities:

Working with payment systems:

• Finding and implementing the best payment solutions for business.
• Establishing partnership relations with payment providers.
• Negotiations regarding terms of cooperation, commissions and discounts.
• Resolving operational issues: errors, refunds, transactions.

Optimization of processes:

• Analysis of the effectiveness of existing payment systems.
• Support of technical integration of new solutions.

Documentation and reporting:

• Maintenance of documentation and preparation of reports.
• Proposals for improving the operation of payment systems.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance, IT or related fields (preferred).
• Work experience in e-commerce, banking or payment systems from 1-2 years .
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of payment systems, including online payments.
• Skills in conducting negotiations, document management and analytics.
• Organization, the ability to work in multitasking mode and make decisions quickly.
• Mandatory knowledge of Google Sheets:work with tables, data analysis, formulas, automation settings.
