Financial Manager in SoftHouseGroup

Over the past 2 years, SoftHouseGroup has grown by 60% and we are now looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager who can help us grow and become even better. We are proud of our client portfolio, which includes Fortune 100 companies, Unicorns, as well as the best small and medium business innovators. Today SoftHouseGroup is represented in the USA, Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Great Britain, Ukraine and Macedonia.

Requirements:
• Higher education (economics/accounting);
• Analytical mindset;
• Proficiency in Excel at a high level (ability to work with a large volume data);
• Skills in working with ERP systems (BAS, SAP, Odoo);
• English at an intermediate and higher level.

Responsibilities:
• Invoicing: generation and timely issuing of invoices to clients;
• Collection of information for calculating salaries;
• Collection and analysis of information on income and expenses;
• Control of the flow of funds through payment systems in the management base;
• Collection and analysis of primary documentation;
• Organization and control of payments;
• Monitoring the implementation of financial terms of contracts with counterparties;
• Development of analytics to cover the requests of internal stakeholders.

Will be a plus:
• Power BI (basic skills);
• Understanding of the basic principles of basic financial reporting - PL, Cash Flow.
