We are looking for a Financial Manager who will join our team and together with us will make a real breakthrough in the world of marketing!

Yours the main tasks will be as follows:

Reconciliation of transactions:

• Regular monitoring of operations in personal accounts of payment systems.
• Comparison of data from payment systems with accounting programs (for example, 1C, SAP, Excel or other systems).
• Checking the correctness of completed transactions (incoming and outgoing).

• Receiving reports from payment systems (downloading from personal accounts).
• Formation and processing of cash flow reports.

Communication with payment systems:

• Reconciliation of balances and calculations with financial departments of payment systems.
• Identification of discrepancies in transactions , their documentation and settlement.

Control of balances:

• Daily monitoring of balances on payment system accounts.
• Analysis of commissions, deductions and returns.

Financial analysis and control:

• Analysis of the movement of funds through payment systems.< /li>
• Control timeliness of payments, returns and commissions.

Automation of processes:

• Participation in setting up the integration of data from payment systems into accounting programs ( if API or other tools are available).
• Optimization of reconciliation processes using macros or other automation tools.

Reporting:

• Preparation analytical and summary reports for management.
• Formation of proposals for optimization of commission costs and use of payment systems.

• Ability to find and eliminate discrepancies in data.
• Ability to effectively interact with payment representatives systems.
• Ability to argue the interests of the company in case of controversial situations.
• Ability to analyze financial information and draw conclusions.
• Understanding the operation of payment systems and acquiring.

• Knowledge of the basics of accounting and management accounting.
• Ability to work with a large amount of data in a short period of time.
• Organization of own work and compliance deadlines.
• Excellent command of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience with accounting programs (1C or similar).< /strong>
• Skills for working with personal accounts of various payment systems.
