Who are we looking for?

What awaits you?

• Financial modeling and budgeting you will work together with the project manager, creating financial plans for our bold projects.

• Cash Flow Management - you will draw up a financing schedule based on construction schedules and applications from the team.

• Weekly expense control – prepare a weekly expense report to keep everything under control.

• Financial reports – you will prepare CF, P&L, Balance and other analytical reports for management.

• Interaction with the team – you will cooperate with everyone who has accountable finances and monitor the correctness of accounting.

Our expectations:

• 2 years of experience as a financial manager, analyst or controller.

• Knowledge of corporate finance and experience in creating financial models.

• Proficient knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (nothing without it).

• Experience of working with 1C 8.

• Experience in construction or manufacturing is preferred, but not required.

• Understanding accounting.

• Analytical mind, attention to detail and a high level of self-organization.
