Tasks at Perla Helsa:

  • Planning cash flows and financial results
  • Collection and consolidation of data on the movement of funds and operational activity
  • Analysis of financial indicators
  • Formation of management reporting
  • Formation of proposals for the effective use of financial resources
  • Preparation of various daily/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Analysis of the plan/fact of deviations and provision of proposals for improving the company's work efficiency and cost optimization
  • Formation of the payment plan for the period and adjustment of the plan
  • Control of reasonableness of payments
  • Control of payments
  • Preparation of analysis of deviations of actual indicators of funds movement
  • Preparation reporting on the movement of funds
  • Control of mutual settlements with counterparties
  • Working with primary documentation, contracts
  • Tax planning
  • Calculation and control of production costs< /li>

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Higher education in finance, economics , accounting, banking business
  • Experience in a similar position from 2 years
  • Advanced level of PC and software skills (1C programs, Excel, Google Docs, an additional advantage is the ability to work with BAS)

  • Knowledge of principles of financial control and management accounting
  • Skills of budgeting, financial modeling, understanding of cash discipline
  • Ability to ensure effective control and execution of current tasks at a high level of operational loading
  • Understanding the basics of accounting and taxation of legal entities on the general and simplified systems (single tax)
  • Work experience: with financial companies (LicPay, WayForPay , Portmone, NovaPay, etc.) and with delivery services (Nova Poshta, UkrPoshta, etc.)
  • Experience: LLC registration, FOP; cooperation and communication with banks
  • Experience of working in financial accounting systems
  • Experience of working with foreign trade (import of products)
  • Fluent Ukrainian and English at the level of B1 ( intermediate)
