The functional duties of the position will be :

• Organization of the budgeting process of a group of production units, ensuring the formation of annual and operational plans and reports on their implementation;
• Organization of management accounting, implementation and submission management reporting;
• Organization of costing and pricing processes;
• Organization of the controlling function based on modeling and systematic analysis of key operational and financial indicators in order to identify losses and potentials in work;
• Organization of preparation, assessment and analysis of investment projects;
• Development and implementation of initiatives to improve financial results;
• Information and analytical support for management and higher management bodies;
• li>Setting tasks of the IT direction in terms of automating the collection and analysis of key management information (efficiency drivers);
• Organizational and personnel development, formation of the direction team, including at the level of production units;
• Project activities for the development of the branch financial management system;
• Maintaining high quality standards in work;

• Ensure stable operation and development of the financial function of the branch in the areas of budgeting, controlling, management accounting, investment planning and analysis for the purpose of effective allocation and use of resources in accordance with the goals of the branch, based on systematic planning, evaluation of results and analysis of the dynamics of key operational and financial and economic indicators.

Candidate requirements:

• Full higher financial education;
• Experience in organizing the effective work of the financial function of the enterprise, including by areas: budgeting, calculation and pricing, management accounting, investment management;
• Experience in preparing management reports and analytical materials;
• Experience in building financial models and databases;
• li>Experience in implementing organizational changes; 
• Experience in the formation and development of a direction team; 
• Proficiency in Excel at a high level, incl. skills in processing and analyzing large amounts of information, developing financial models, setting up analytical functionality;
• Experience in building and developing KPI systems will be an advantage.
