JustBuy is a modern electronics store (online + offline), specialization: Smartphones, Apple, Samsung Laptops Accessories Own warehouse and delivery point in Kyiv Active growth, scalable processes, launch of new e-commerce on Next.js + NestJS
The company is developing rapidly, so we need a strong financial director who will build the entire financial architecture.

MAJOR TASKS
1. Financial strategy • Construction of the store's financial model (online + offline) • Budget planning, cash-flow, P&L, unit-economics • Optimization of costs and tax burden • Forecasting revenue, margin, working capital
2. Financial management and control • Control of funds flow (FOP + LLC) • Management of purchases, cost price, balances • Work with supplier documents, credit lines, leasing • Cash register control, POS, NovaPay, acquiring • Setting up finance automation (1C / BAS / API / Google Sheets / CRM)
3. Risk management • Identification of financial risks and their minimization • Control of debt, stocks, returns and guarantees • Formation of financial security policy
4. Reporting and Analytics • Report Preparation: Cash Flow, P&L, Balance • Margin by Category (Apple / Samsung / Accessories / Laptops) • Advertising Spend Analytics, CPL/CPA, ROI • Weekly Reports to Owner (Roman)

REQUIREMENTS
Professional • 3-5 years experience as a CFO / Financial Controller • Experience in retail or e-commerce is a huge plus • Knowledge: procurement, margin, turnover, logistics, return, guarantee • Understanding of Ukrainian taxation (FOP 3 gr., LLC, VAT) • Ability to work with 1C / BAS, Google Sheets, CRM • Ability to build financial models from scratch

TERMS • Salary: UAH 65,000 – 180,000 + KPI bonuses • KPI (example): • Marginal rate • Inventory turnover • Budget execution • Net profit • Work schedule: 5/2 • All equipment provided by the company • Transparency, quick solutions, direct access to the owner
