Financial Director (CFO) in talanovyti agency

Hello! We, talanovyti (ex-Netpeak Talent), a recruitment agency from FRACTAL, are looking for a Chief Financial Officer for a company that creates AI-tech solutions for logistics. 

The company is building the first AI Logistician — an autonomous AI agent that automates the procurement of transportation services, cargo sourcing and fleet management, negotiations, operations, tracking and workflows for carriers and shippers.

Hard Skills:
1. 7-12+ years in the role of CFO / Deputy CFO / Finance Manager in B2B SaaS / tech companies.
2. Fundraising experience: passing equity rounds (Seed+) or experience in SaaS: subscription models, unit economics, SaaS metrics.
3. US GAAP, IFRS - preparation of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, consolidated statements). 
4. SaaS metrics and unit economics: CAC, LTV, CAC Payback, LTV:CAC ratio, Gross Margin, NRR, Rule of 40, Burn Multiple, ARR/MRR.
5. FP&A: budgeting, 3-year financial planning, scenario modeling, forecasting with an accuracy of ±5-10%, revenue projections, headcount planning.
6. Treasury, Cash Management: management of cash flow, burn rate, runway calculations, currency risks, multi-currency operations.
7. Fundraising: experience in equity rounds, due diligence preparation, preparation of investor materials (metrics, models, board decks), data room management, NVCA standards.
8. Multi-entity structure: work with multi-company structures (US C-Corp, EU entities, Ukrainian Diia.City), transfer pricing, tax structures.
9. Audit and Compliance: Big4 audit readiness, tax compliance in various jurisdictions, internal controls.
10. Systems and Automation: ERP, accounting software, billing/invoicing/payroll automation, dashboard building, RevOps tools integration.
11. Revenue operations: revenue recognition, integration with GTM and Product teams, subscription billing models.

Nice to have:
1. Experience in Big4 (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY)
2. Simultaneous experience in fundraising, SaaS.

Your future tasks:

1. Responsible for the global finance function: accounting, tax, audit, FP&A and treasury.
2. Build a finance team and implement scalable financial systems and processes.
3. Integrate financial operations with GTM, Product and RevOps teams.
4. Create budget models, headcount plans and revenue forecasts.
5. Implement cost control, procurement policies and supplier management.
6. Lead the fundraising direction: preparation of financial data, metrics, models and communication with investors.
7. Build dashboards for CEO and board of directors with revenue, cash, burn and runway indicators.
8. Ensure financial and tax compliance in all jurisdictions.
