budgeting and management accounting.Deep understanding of accounting and management accounting, financial reporting; knowledge of tax legislation (IFRS — an advantage/if necessary).
High level of Excel (fin modeling, analytics, automation of calculations).
Experience of working with 1C 8.3 / BAS ERP / UTP / UPP, ability to prepare analytical presentations (PowerPoint).
English language C1+.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the financial strategy of a group of companies aimed at growth business value and long-term stability.
Manage liquidity and cash flows (CF), credit portfolio and capital structure; ensure financial stability and solvency.
Implement financial risk management and economic security policies (currency, credit, tax, operational risks).
Organize budgeting, financial planning and forecasting processes in cooperation with business units.
Control the implementation of budgets and financial plans; analyze deviations and initiate corrective actions.
Define and monitor financial KPIs (EBITDA, ROI, margin, capital flow, NWC, CF, etc.) and ensure regular management control.
Formulate management and financial reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) for owners, investors and banks.
Prepare analytical materials, presentations and defend financial results before stakeholders (owners, investors, banks).
Ensure analysis, control and optimization of costs; implement tools for increasing the efficiency of cost processes.
Develop and implement approaches to tax planning; manage tax risks at the group level.
Conduct investment analysis, evaluate projects, prepare business plans and financial models; control investment budgets.
Perform post-investment review (assessment of the actual effectiveness of investments) and ensure approvaldecisions based on data.
Develop accounting policy of management accounting, regulations and reporting standards; ensure uniform approaches across the group.
Organize and monitor the correctness of accounting and management accounting (if necessary - IFRS).
Initiate and manage financial process automation projects (1C/BAS ERP, integration with BI), improve data quality and transparency of indicators.
Develop a financial team: selection, task setting, quality control, development competencies, performance management.
