Financial Director (CFO) in Kvertus

In connection with the development, we are looking for a CFO

Area of responsibility:

• Update and implementation of the company's financial management strategy
• Implementation of an effective financial structure and business model
• Organization of management accounting, budgeting and control of key financial indicators (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Business profitability, cash flow and investment management
• Planning, control and optimization of cost and marginality
• Development of the level of automation of business processes of the company's financial and economic activity
• Cooperation with banks (including settlements on currency contracts), auditors, consultants and government bodies
• Effective team and department management

Our candidate:

Higher education (in the field of finance, accounting or economics)
• 2 years of experience in a similar position (bexperience in financial management of a manufacturing company is preferred)
• Deep knowledge of financial analysis and budget planning
• High level of purposefulness, stability, responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
