Financial director / CFO in 3S, Konsaltingova agenciya

Our financial and legal holding, which has been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market for 24 years, is strengthening the financial team in connection with the growth and complexity of the business structure.

We are looking for a Financial Director. This is a key role for an experienced financial leader who will take over the management of the operational financial processes of the holding and lead a team of 15 specialists (finance departments of managed companies and the treasury department).

Your key tasks:

1. Financial management and control:

• Managing the work of financial managers and departments, delegating tasks and monitoring their execution.
• Creation, implementation and management of the payment calendar of a group of companies.
• Execution of the control function in the settlement process (verification, visa and control).

2. Analytics, planning and reporting:

• Preparation and analysis of consolidated management reporting (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance) with subsequent presentation to senior management.
• Estimation of cost and revenue effectiveness, analysis of profitability of products, projects and business units.
• Forecasting financial indicators in the short- and long-term perspective, building financial models.

3. Optimization and automation:

• Improvement and standardization of management accounting procedures in the holding.
• Implementation and development of automation solutions for reporting (based on 1C, Power BI) in order to increase efficiency.

4. Management of financial flows and risks:

• Ensuring effective allocation of cash resources in accordance with strategic plans.
• Assessment and minimization of financial risks, including currency transactions.
• Management of the company's surplus, analysis of effective use of funds.

5. Leadership and communication:

• Mentoring and development of the financial team, creating a comfortable and productive working environmentoffices.
• Establishing effective interaction between the financial service and other divisions of the holding.

Your profile:

• Work experience from 2 years in the financial department of a large company or holding structure (ideally in the position of deputy CFO, CFO, deputy head of finance in an investment company or AMC).
• Deep understanding of managerial accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis methods.
• Practical knowledge of the principles of financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Experience of working with ERP-systems (1C, BAS) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Skills in working with large amounts of data and building financial models.
• Experience in managing a team of financial managers will be an advantage.
• English at level B2 and above (for work with international partners) will be a significant advantage.

• Accuracy of financial forecasts and timeliness of preparation reporting.
• Level of automation of financial processes.
• Optimization of costs and effective management of cash flows.
