For our client, a construction company, we are looking for a responsible Financial Director for an office in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Necessary skills:

  • Experience as a financial director/chief accountant in construction, development or related fields from 5 years;
  • Experience of managing a team of 10 or more employees, organizational skills;
  • Skills for working with accounting programs;
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting methodology and standards;
  • Experience in creating financial reports using accounting and management accounting;
  • Understanding the goals of construction and development businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Formation of accounting policies and creation of financial models of company management.
  • Organization of financial and accounting services, development and coordination of work regulations with department heads. Development and implementation of changes in the company's accounting policy.
  • Control of the activities of the financial service and the accounting service, their results.
  • Management of accounts payable and receivable balancing indicators. Analysis of receivables and payables, decision-making and their implementation regarding the impact on the state of debts.
  • Control of the implementation of income budgets, by analyzing the results of sales, its structure, and costs, in particular, regarding the intended use and timeliness of financing the construction of investment objects.
  • Organization and control of the implementation of operational measures to manage cash flows in accordance with approved budgets, including investment estimates.
  • Analysis of the tax burden on enterprises, development of measures for its implementation.
  • Analysis of the financial condition of a group of companies.
  • Formation of reports for company management, analysis and management of the company's financial results.
  • Development of recommendations and their implementation regarding changes in the organization of investment and financial activities of the company.
  • Organization and participation in conducting inventories of the company's assets.
