CFO in Perspective

Who we are:
- Ukrainian Magento-oriented team;
- we create sites for e-commerce business all over the world;< br/>- in the team, about 70 people;
- we have been engaged in development for 14 years;
- 80% - clients from the USA and Europe, 20% - Ukraine.
We are growing and looking for new role in the team - specialist in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in drafting budgets, forecasts/plans, estimates, financial reporting (PL, CF), and reporting on projects in the company's portfolio;
• Operational control over income and expenses, cash flows;
• Execute financial analysis and create reports for decision-making;
• Control over the correctness of transactions in accounting systems (which is conducted by a separate specialist);
• Use and management of the internal financial system;

• Proactive participation in the possible transition of the company to other forms of ownership:
  • Providing recommendations on optimal options company structure, taking into account legal, financial and tax aspects.
  • Organization of the transition process, including analysis and preparation of the necessary documentation.
• Participation in the development of automation of accounting processes , writing policies and implementing them into the company's business processes.
  
  It is important for us:
  - 3+ years of work experience in a similar position;
  - Knowledge of accounting according to National and International Federal Standards;
  - Knowledge of management accounting;
  - Confident command of MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Documents;
  - Be a supporter and leader of process optimization and automation;
  - Attention to details, independence, responsibility, ability to work in a team, punctuality, flexibility, balance;
  - Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers, large data sets;
  
  It will be a plus for us if you have:
  - Experience working with SAP and implementing similar systems.
