Business line "Bavlon and commercial real estate" of Logos Corporation is looking for a financial ddirector. This line of business operates in the field of leasing the spaces of the Babylon shopping center and other commercial real estate owned by the corporation.
On the one hand, our line of business is small in terms of the number of personnel, on the other hand, it includes all areas of financial activity; managing a team of financiers and cooperating with a team of accountants.
Your area of responsibility will be as follows:
- management of the finance department and rental economists;
- preparation and control of plans financing;
- coordinating the calculation of the amount of maintenance and maintenance costs for real estate;
- management of financial flows and accounting of expenses;
- control of settlements with tenants, the cost of rental services and operating costs;
- formation of financial statements of the business area (monthly, at the request of the management company and owners of the corporation);
- analysis of financial and economic activities business direction;
- calculation of the tax burden on real estate objects;
- automation of management and accounting processes based on 1C and BAS products.
Our ideal candidate has the following competencies:
- understanding of management accounting;
- experience in managing subordinates, motivating the team to achieve the goal;
- ability to prepare analytical reports;
- ability to combine knowledge in economics, finance, partly in accounting;
- ability to use means of automating financial, accounting and operational accounting operations.
What is important to us:
- higher education in the relevant field (economics, finance, accounting and economic cybernetics);
- knowledge of the chart of accounts, work with 1C, any other ERP system;
- professionalism in Excel (VPR, arrays of data, logical functions);
- work experience: from 5 years in the field of economics and finance;
- exclusively office work format.
