Financial director in Personal-tehnologiyi, PP

Key tasks:

• Management of the financial department: financial planning, budgeting, plan-fact analysis.
• Profitability analysis of business areas, pharmacies;
• Control and optimization of costs;
• Control of cash flows and payments.
• Management reporting: preparation of P&L, Cash Flow for management and owners.
• Participation in the automation of accounting and reporting processes.
• Control of the accounting department.
• Tax planning and risk minimization.
• Cooperation with banks.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (finance, economics, accounting accounting);
• Work experience of 3 years or more in the position of financial director, manager of management accounting;
• Experience in retail chains / pharmaceutical retail;
• Experience in building and managing a team;
• Experience in management accounting, budgeting, financial analysis;
• Work experience with BAF ERP (1C 8.3 / BAS ERP).
• Skills for working in Excel (analytics, automation of calculations);
• Analytical thinking, systematicity, responsibility;
• Ability to work with deadlines.
