We are looking for a CFO, who will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the financial function of the group of companies, ensuring the financial stability of the business, effective management of cash flows and support for managerial decision-making at the level top management.

Main tasks and area of responsibility

Financial management by a group of companies

• Overall management of the financial function of a group of companies. 

• Cash Flow consolidation and cash flow management across all group companies. 

• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. 

 

• Forecasting and control of payment flows. 

Budgeting and financial planning

• Formation and coordination of the group's annual budget. 

• Regular reforecasting of financial indicators. 

• Development of scenario financial models. 

• Control of budget implementation and analysis of deviations. 

Expense management

• Factor analysis of key expense items. 

• Optimizing the cost structure and increasing the efficiency of resource use. 

Investment planning

• Formation and management of group investment plans. 

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of investment projects and financial decisions. 

Managementreceivables and credit risks

• Control of receivables and payables. 

• Evaluation of credit risks and financing conditions of clients. 

• Analysis of the impact of credit decisions on Cash Flow and P&L. 

 

• Support of international settlements and import operations. 

Management analytics

• Preparation of financial analytics and management reporting for management and the board. 

• Formation of financial goals for C-level and functional teams. 

• Analysis of the effectiveness of operational activities and personnel.

• Optimization of financial processes and implementation of modern management accounting tools. 

 

• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management.
