Candidate requirements:
- Higher economic education.
- Work experience in the position of CFO for 5 years or more, in the field of development or in investment funds specializing in development projects - a must!
- Understanding the financial statements of the holding structure, accounting principles. font-weight: 400">Deep understanding of project economics and financing.
- Experience in budgeting construction objects.
- Experience in managing credit portfolios, cooperation with banks and financial institutions.
- Business logic, the ability to see opportunities and risks, to independently carry out comprehensive analysis in conditions of uncertainty and limited information.
Main tasks:
Development of the company's financial strategy, taking into account the phasing of projects, construction schedules.- Provision of the full cycle of management and financial reporting of the company with distribution by project.
- Investment analysis of projects, development of financial modeling, support of projects at all stages.
- Budgeting management at the holding level and individual development projects (construction, land purchase, permit documentation, marketing, sales).
- Building financial models for development projects, assessing investment feasibility and monitoring actual results.
- Cash flow management: planning and control of income and expenses at each stage of project implementation.
- Control of costs and cost of construction, verification of contract estimates, audit of project costs.
- Financial support of operations with land, connection of communications, permit documentation.
- Automation of management accounting, implementation of tools for online monitoring of key indicators.
