Main area of responsibility: Comprehensive financial organization and support of all business processes.

Your tasks will be:

• organization of the general management of the financial function (accounting, treasury, tax accounting, management accounting, etc.);
• development of the company's financial strategy (production, trade) risks;
• tax planning (optimization);
• development and implementation of information systems for solving financial problems;
• ensuring the solvency and liquidity of the company;
• organization and control over the implementation of management decisions.

It is important for us:

• higher economic or financial education;
• work experience as a financial manager, financial director, economist-financier in a manufacturing company from 2 years;
• deep knowledge of financial analysis and planning;
• planning systems and budgeting;
• knowledge of the features of management accounting in enterprises;
• knowledge of current tax legislation and principles of accounting, standards and financial reporting;
• knowledge of the principles of analysis of the state of the company in management accounting;
• knowledge of the model of the formation of working capital, capital;
• responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work with a large amount of information, mathematical mindset, stress resistance, systemic thinking, sociability, non-conflict, the ability to find a solution in a difficult situation, erudition, well-developed intuition.
