The reason for opening the vacancy:

• The need to develop an objective strategy for the Company's development, increase efficiency its activities and increase in market value.

Expected results:

• A balanced liquidity system.
• A reporting system has been built for all interested parties.
• Developed, together with the owners, development tactics according to the set goals.

Required knowledge and qualities:

• VET (economics, finance);
• Experience work in a similar position for at least 5 years;
• Successful experience of managing a team of 20+ people (in a partially remote mode);
• Mastering the basics of strategic management and business planning; 
• Successful experience in negotiations, the ability to work with a complex decision-making structure;
• Openness to innovation, the presence of one's own opinion/position and the ability to defend it in combination with the ability to take into account the opinion of others;
• Strategic thinking and a systematic approach to work organization, responsibility, stress resistance and the ability to work in multitasking mode; Russian perfect, English – Intermediate;
• PC skills: advanced level of use of 1:C and Excel is important;
• IMPORTANT readiness for business trips 50% during the VT period, and 25% after - in Chernihiv, with full reimbursement of car expenses, from the company.

For you will await:

• Development and implementation of a financial strategy for the Group of Companies in accordance with the general business strategy;
• Building a budgeting system in the company, preparation and control of budget execution;
• Management of cash flows and liquidity;
• Control over the correctness of the distribution of income and expenses by CFO (centers of financial responsibility);
• Calculation of cost of production and trade areas / projects, calculation of the economic efficiency of planned projects;
• Close cooperation with banks to support the current credit portfolio, ensuring the attraction of funds to the company, according to the attraction plan, on a regular basis;
• Responsibility and control of the cost of working capital, effective placement and earning from the company’s working capital, control of exchange rates;
• Control of the fulfillment of covenants;
• Tracking innovations in tax and accounting;
• Management / optimization of taxes by companies, divisions;
• VAT control;
• Control of the presence in the company of all documents necessary for full tax, accounting and possible further claim work. Control over the archiving of these documents and keeping them up-to-date;
• Control of the timely provision of reporting and the relevance of data (internal for shareholders and external for creditors);
• Management of teams (finance, accounting, controlling, analytics) and implementation of financial service performance evaluation indicators.
