Kareas of responsibility:?

• Formation and implementation of financial strategy of the institution: long-term planning, control of financial stability, participation in infrastructure development.

• Management of financial unit (35+ people): accounting, economists, planning and financial department.

• Building effective budgetary processes: preparation, support, analysis and optimization of the use of resources.

• Coordination of financial audit, inspections, reporting - internal and external.

• Control over purchases, contracts and expenses within the limits of current legislation.

• Working with state funding programs and interbudgetary transfers.

• Optimization of interaction with department heads and administrative services.

• Implementation of modern accounting tools, management accounting, digitalization financial processes.

Who we are looking for:

• Have experience as a financial director or head of the financial department from 5 years.

• You have a higher economic or financial education.

• You understand the specifics of financial management in state or large budget organizations.

• You have the tools of financial analysis, reporting, planning.

• You are able to manage a large team and build effective processes.

• Able to think strategically, make decisions and carry responsibility.
