Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy, management of financial flows and budget, cost control, analysis of the company's financial condition, improvement of business processes, participation in projects aimed at increasing the profitability of the company's development, making management decisions regarding improvement economic indicators of the company's work, application of norms for the use of material and labor resources used in production.
