Hard skills:

  1. Experience in a similar position from 3 years in a company with more than 200 employees.
  2. Knowledge of the English language at the B1 (Intermediate) level and above.
  3. Knowledge of Ukrainian taxation.
  4. Experience of working with non-residents.
  5. Experience of managing a team of 5 people, including managers in Head or Team Lead positions.
  6. Experience of managing an accounting department.
  7. Experience of optimizing and automating financial processes.

  1. Strong analytical skills.
  2. Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  3. Excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial parties.

The team expects from you:

1. Strategic of financial planning:

  • development and implementation of financial strategies to ensure stable growth of the group of companies;
  • analysis of market trends and financial indicators for making informed decisions.

2.Financial control and management:

  • ensuring effective management of financial resources and operations in different jurisdictions;
  • coordination of treasury, accounting and finance departments.

3. Budgeting and forecasting:

  • developing and monitoring the implementation of budgets for various areas of business;
  • forecasting of financial indicators and analysis deviations to adjust plans. 4. Risk management: identification and minimization financial risks;
  • implementation of internal control systems to ensure financial security.

5. Investment activities:

  • estimates of investment opportunities forensuring long-term financial stability;
  • management of a portfolio of investment projects.

6. Financial reporting and auditing:

  • ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of preparation of financial statements in accordance with international standards;
  • interacting with external auditors to conduct regular inspections.

  • ensuring effective coordination between financial and accounting teams;
  • cooperation with other departments to solve financial issues.

    • management, training and motivation of the finance, treasury and accounting team.
