Wishes to the candidate:

  • Work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years, preferably in the field of NGOs or international organizations.
  • Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting;
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management, budgeting and reporting;
  • Experience with grant funding and reporting in front of donors;
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at a high level;
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking and attention to details;
  • Skills in working with financial programs (1C, Excel, others).

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Development and implementation of the financial strategy of the organization;
  • Planning, preparation and control of budget implementation;
  • Cash flow management, control over the targeted use of funds;< /li>
  • Preparation of financial statements for donors, partners and regulatory bodies;
  • Control of the fulfillment of grant conditions and monitoring of financial risks;
  • Development and implementation of internal financial policies and procedures;
  • Organization of internal control and cooperation with auditors;
  • Management of the finance department team;
  • Attracting new sources of funding and building long-term relationships with donors;
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and transparency standards;
  • Coordinating and monitoring the work of key functions: HR, finance, accounting, legal and administrative departments;
  • Ensuring the security of financial and legal schemes, compliance with legislation and donor policies.
