Financial director in Centr Grupp

CENTER GROUP group of companies is a large holding that specializes in agribusiness, rental business and production of "green" electricity. 

We are looking for a Financial Director to join our team.

Requirements:

• financial/economic education;
• understanding of the principles of construction and analysis of reporting (including management);
• management experience of 3 years or more;
• English language upper intermediate / B1+;
• experience of working with banks in attracting financing / passing financial monitoring (including international transactions);
• experience of working with shareholders in conditions of multitasking;
• high organizational and communication skills.

Functional duties:

• management of the financial department of the management company - department budgeting, reporting, audit, treasury (several areas of operational activity, including abroad);
• support and control of the processes of budgeting, consolidation and analysis of reporting of all operational areas (direct interaction with management and partners) ;
• planning and management of cash flows of the holding (including purchase of currency, international compliance);
• tax planning and management of intra-group transactions (AMC/CIF, non-residents);
• direct participation in the implementation of new investment projects (working with banks, attracting external financing);
• control of payment discipline, direct participation in payment reconciliation;
• maintenance of investment files in terms of projects and calculations with shareholders/partners.

Working conditions:

• Working day from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. -30;
• Trial period of 3 months;
• The office is located in a modern business center near the city of Olimpiyska.
